Registered Quality Systems
DGN is an ISO Registered company. Our Quality System was originally certified in 1997 to ISO 9002 standards and includes a Continuous Improvement Program. This commitment to quality is of obvious benefit to our customers, and is unusual in our industry. In October of 2000 we successfully completed our re-registration audit. Most recently, in 2004 we upgraded our certification to the ISO 9001 standard. In addition, our co-packing facilities are continuously audited to food grade and white room standards by external auditors.

Success Through Quality
We strongly believe a company can only be assured continued success through quality. As a service organization, for DGN that means documented processes and continuous improvement. With formalized measurement tools in place, we are able to find ways to implement changes that can lead to cost reductions. These initiatives allow DGN to grow with our customers. From a purchasing standpoint, we encourage the use of suppliers who also have ISO-registered quality systems in place; in addition to the obvious focus on branded promotional merchandise, this also includes packaging, transportation - even supplies.

Supplier Qualification
All new suppliers must pass through a supplier qualification process ensuring their capability of meeting DGN and customer requirements. Once qualified, ongoing promotional suppliers are also evaluated on a per-project basis as to their ability to meet all requirements for requested products and services. Core suppliers are audited as part of our annual program. Staff training is a critical component of any quality system.

At DGN a formalized training program is in place within all departments. This ensures that as our business requirements and those of our customers change, we are able to increase the effectiveness of the system.
