PURPOSE: To layout the Environmental Management Plan for DGN Marketing Services Ltd.

POLICY/PROCEDURE:
DGN Marketing Services Ltd. Takes pride in its’ continuous effort to make this great country of ours a better and more enjoyable place to live. We take seriously our role to improve the individual’s welfare and well-being.

We accept our responsibility to help all levels of government in their efforts to support the needs of others. And we accept our role, however limited it may be, in the maintenance and stewardship of our environment. To this

end the Management and Ownership of DGN Marketing Services Ltd. Is committed to an environmental policy that affects and influences the lives of all of it’s employees.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Conduct our business to meet or surpass all applicable environmental regulations and legislations.

Levergae our influence within our community and industry to encourage and enable our suppliers and neighbours to duly respect their environment.

Ensure that the environmetal impacts and risks of the company are known, evaluated and managed.

Always use our resources efficiently and minimise waste, acting promptly to correct incidents or conditions that may endanger the environment.

Never take for granted what we have been given without a sense of respect and duty.

Arouse the interest of our younger generation to influence and change our environment through the effective use of energy.

Inform our employees by means of pamphlet and advertisement to the methods by which they can help in their homes and outside of DGN to improve our environment.

Review this policy on a regular basis, monitor our enviromental management performance and make improvements as necessary.
