DGN has an extensive inventory of the most advanced shrink and sleeve wrapping equipment. The equipment can be assembled into committed production lines in a relatively short period of time. Our experienced professional staff quickly implement associated warehousing, material handling, and quality control requirements. Our flexible production design approach, coupled with the availability of a large temporary labour force, makes us uniquely positioned to handle short productions runs, irregular production schedules, and complex packaging requirements.

Trained Labour Force:
DGN provides customers with access to a large and trained temporary labor service. DGN employs a core staff of 130 but can expand to 300 people during peak demand periods requiring two or three shifts.

Display Packs, Warehouse Club Packs and Pallet Promotions:
For most promotion or display pack-outs, the availability of skilled assembly personnel is the key resource. By its nature, most of the assembly process varies from project to project, placing an emphasis on short efficient set-up times. We can set up and supply multiple production lines to complete the project within the required timeframe.

Shrink Wrapping and Sleeve Wrapping:
DGN is in a position to provide four complete production lines, each capable of production rates from 20 to 40 units per minute, with a maximum daily production rate in excess of 100,000 units. The line rates vary based on size of product.

Contract Packaging:
Organizations are increasingly becoming more focused on their core products and competencies and outsourcing more and more of their specialty packaging requirements. DGN has made the investment in the facilities, equipment and trained staff to provide contract packaging services that have significantly reduced customer’s costs and contributed to an increase in overall customer’s efficiency and service levels.

Special Packaging Services:
Over the past 20 years DGN has completed special packaging assignments for customers to support a broad range of marketing initiatives: Bonus Packs, Sample Packs, Cross-Promotion Packs, Retail Account Specific Packs, Variety & Multi Packs, Seasonal Packs, Rainbow Packs, Bundled Packages, Product Launch Kits and Trade Show handouts.
