On-site Printing
On-site digital printing facilities include two Xerox DocuTech Network Publishers. A Xerox DocuColour 30 Pro, with Splash Server and PowerMac, addresses colour printing requirements, while Desktop publishing is accomplished via Xerox Digipath workstation.

Xerox® Powered Facilities
With our standard five-day (two-shift) operation, our capacity exceeds 6 million impressions per month. These figures take into account regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, and with two machines, this does not negatively impact production. Xerox technology allows us to print directly from print-files (.prn) eliminating the possibility for formatting changes and errors. We can receive document masters via Internet email, on diskette, or hard copy.

Enhanced Delivery Assurance
All printers are networked with Xerox electronic file storage capability and data tape storage units, so common documents can be stored at our facility for easy retrieval and “just-in-time” printing. This also allows for cost-effective updating of print materials. Current turn-around is generally accommodated within 24 or 48 hours, depending on the nature of the job. For especially large print runs, our multiple machines allow booking print time in advance. Additionally, the capability for a third shift or weekend production further enhances delivery assurance.

Additional Services
On-site bindery services include shrink-wrapping, drilling, trimming, folding, Cerlox and tape binding, padding and laminating. Shredding of confidential scrap documents in-house is also available.
